A gem of a bar/restaurant in the mountains of Tignes. Perfect for Apres Ski and also provides for a nice dinner atmosphere with live music at the bar and what can only be described as fine dining upstairs.

In the heart of Val Claret, the highest and liveliest part of Tignes, Le Couloir sits just a few steps from the slopes, ski lifts, and village action. We are both a restaurant and a bar, but more than that, we are a meeting place for locals and visitors who want to relax, connect, and enjoy the best moments of their time in the mountains.

Each afternoon from 3PM, the doors open to a warm, welcoming atmosphere with music and happy hour to ease you into après-ski. From 4PM to 6:30PM, we serve a dedicated après-ski menu with comforting dishes and shareable plates that hit the spot after a day outdoors. Dinner follows from 6:30PM to 10PM, featuring generous mountain favorites alongside French-inspired cuisine, vegetarian choices, and regional specialties. Guest favorites include our onion soup, entrecôte, duck magret, and a selection of house-made fine pastry desserts.

Behind the bar, you will find a carefully chosen range of draft beers, including a Guinness that regulars swear is the best pour in Tignes. Grab a drink, challenge your friends to a game of darts, and settle in.

The evenings keep their energy with regular live music and major sports events shown on screen throughout the week. Whether you are coming off the mountain, planning a night out, or simply meeting friends, Le Couloir offers good food, good drinks, and a relaxed alpine spirit.
